Copper Hill Ventures is a long-term investment corporation focused on value creation for shareholders and managers. Our portfolio consists of investments and partnerships in growing manufacturing, service and distribution businesses as well as franchised operations and real estate. 

We partner with management teams operating defensible businesses with opportunities to generate growth through distribution, services, product expansion, or bolt-on acquisitions.  

Our strategy is straight forward. We make long-term investments in businesses undergoing change; specifically, regarding industry or ownership transition. By creating value through focusing on growing profits, which in turn, is applied to new products, services, or geographies; our objective is to achieve above average returns in a low leverage environment allowing our portfolio companies to grow organically, succeed in poor economic cycles and be in a position to make opportunistic add-on acquisitions. 

Copper Hill Ventures work with managers and operators who serve as consultants and board members to our companies. Our management partners also support our due diligence efforts and participate in the economic success of the company through equity appreciation and board fees. Copper Hill Ventures is always looking for new relationships and welcomes conversations to discuss new investment ideas.

While we consider investments in different end markets outside of our core focus, we typically avoid investments in SaaS, TMT, or Software.
